GREEN ECONOMY AS A NEW PARADIGM OF DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE

Abstract: Due to unsustainable farming on the planet the environmental problem that complicates the solution of the global food problem is largely aggravated. In order to solve the problem under the United Nations Environmental Programme the mechanism of implementation of "green" economy was proposed. However, due to the presence of the official interpretation of the concept of "green" economy which was made by UNEP experts and the existence of some definitions by Ukrainian scientists this definition is being remained controversial. That is why the purpose of the article is to specify the concept of "green" economy and to compile evidence of the effectiveness of "green" economy techniques and methods in global agriculture, and expediency of it’s using in the native agricultural sector is to prove.

THE ROLE OF DEBT FINANCING AND LOANS FOR AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

Abstract: According to the experts, one of the main factors which constrain the formation of an efficient, competitive, environmentally safe and socially towards sustainable agriculture in Ukraine, is the presence of significant restrictions on access to funding for agricultural producers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of debt financing in general and lending in particular in comparison with equity financing for various groups of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. We used Amadeus database and processed almost 174,000 annual financial statements of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises that functioned during 2005–2014.

Abstract: From the article the essence, the background and the main stages of the market for organic products. Analyzed the legal framework regulating the market for organic products in Ukraine. Processed modern state functioning market organic products. The basic features of growing organic products and their benefits to consumers. The processes of organic food products in Ukraine; highlights the essence of the concept of "organic products"; disclosed feasibility of organic production and examined the factors that hinder the development of the market for organic products; substantiates the nature of organic agricultural production, the estimation of its advantages over the traditional way, considered process greening agriculture, established the effectiveness of the transition to organic agricultural production. Done synthesis of theoretical principles of development and the main reasons for the slow development of organic production in Ukraine. Thesis there is determined the type of potential consumer of organic products as the basis for determining the target audience in the development of measures increasing sales of organic agriculture products.

ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract: Agricultural production is one of the most common types of human activity. Harmful effects of agriculture on the environment underestimated, since it was thought that the main violators of the natural balance is industry and transport. Today agriculture in the first place for environmental contamination. Ukraine State lands that are in agricultural activities, remains unsatisfactory. Serious problems for the environment arising from the irregular application in agricultural production of fertilizers and pesticides that flow with the rain and groundwater get into rivers and lakes, causing serious damage to the basins of major rivers and their fish stocks and vegetation. There is also the problem of waste in the agricultural sector and related processing industries. Modern agricultural production creates the environment a number of acute environmental problems. Their successful solution possible by implementing the principles of sustainable development through environmental management, a comprehensive system of measures to protect nature and increase the productivity of agriculture and livestock.

AGRICULTURAL STRATEGY OF ENTERPRISES IN ACCORDANCE WITH EUROPEAN STANDARDS

Abstract: This article defines the main directions of development strategy of agricultural enterprises in accordance with European standards. Specified on the future direction of reform. With the introduction in Ukraine of lease relations almost all agricultural enterprises that process agricultural land, use them on loan, so urgent question of valuation of lease rights. Payments made under European standards. The results of the studies found that the cost of land lease rights arising rents in excess of rents. Improving the accuracy of calculation of rent due quantifiable its components, as well as modeling the value of the right to lease the land greatly improves the accuracy and objectivity of expert monetary assessment of agricultural enterprises. Generalizing theoretical research and practical achievements of domestic and foreign experts have determined that these approaches to expert monetary assessment of agricultural enterprises as integral property complexes have practical value. They take into account the best international experience and well adapted to the natural and economic conditions of Ukraine, as well as ensure reliability and high accuracy of the estimates.

FEATURES OF PRICING FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

Abstract: In the article the theoretical aspects of prices process for agricultural products are considered. Investigated that problem of pricing is key of ensuring the effective functioning of agriculture. The recent research and publications of prominent scientists and economists was analysis. The method of synthesis, comparison, analysis and synthesis, analogy and abstraction to disclose the concept of "price" was applied. Theory, methodology and pricing practices for agricultural products investigated using the methods of observation, synthesis and comparison. Graphical method used for visual display and schematic presentation materials research; methods of mathematical statistics – for the analysis of agricultural prices in recent years. The concept of price as an economic category is disclosed. Successive stages of the pricing process are characterized. The main factors of pricing for agricultural products are characterized. The current price level of agricultural market was analysis. Selling prices of major products plant are analyzed. The dynamics of price indices of agricultural products are investigated. The annual price fluctuations in the crop were investigated
