EXCLUSIVE: Discover How a Mom Whitened her Teeth and Saved Hundreds

Local mom exposes the truth behind a new teeth whitening system.

Amidst one of the toughest economic times in history, thrifty consumers are turning to the internet to take advantage of special offers.
Mom Jessica Criswell reveals how she whitened her teeth in a month and saved hundreds!

Jessica, a school teacher and full-time mother, is one such consumer. It all started about three months ago when she bought an authentic Coach purse on sale for only 75% of the retail price. She was determined to seek out other great offers and recently made her best find. Jessica discovered an Advanced Teeth Whitening System called Soleil Glo which gets results similar to whitening done by a professional dentist - for a lot less! Rather than spending $500 at her local dentist to attain a sexy smile, she was able to do so for less than $100 by using the advanced teeth whitening kit she found online.
Jessica: "I like to consider myself a smart shopper, always finding the best bang for my buck. My online teeth whitening discovery was without a doubt one of the best finds I made this year."
How did Jessica wind up with yellow teeth?

Look at Jessica's before and after picture!

While my mom always told me be to be proud of who I am and what I look like, I have always been self-conscious about my yellow teeth. Truthfully, I have no one to blame for this problem but myself. I smoked for 8 years, drank 2 cups of coffee a day (only way to stay awake at work), and loved a glass of red wine to help me sleep at night. Furthermore, I would be lying if I said that I brushed my teeth 3 times a day every day. While I recently quit smoking and have cut back on the amount of coffee I drink, my teeth discoloration seems to be permanent. I used just about every "whitening" toothpaste and mouthwash product on the market and saw little, if any, improvement.
A co-worker of mine recently recommended to do some research online before making my next purchase. As an elementary school teacher with a modest salary and a sizeable mortgage, cost was a major concern. While searching the web, I found a few teeth whitening companies offering free shipping, in addition to great discounts! I ordered the Soleil Glo Advanced Teeth Whitening System because it had 9/10 rating and plenty of positive feedback from its users. After using the product for a few weeks the results were noticeable, but after a few months I had a celebrity-white smile. After using the product the results were noticeable, but after I had a celebrity white smile. I'm far from a medical expert, but it appears that the product focused on DIFFERENT parts of the problem and that put the whitening effect into overdrive. By using the Soleil Glo Advanced Teeth Whitening System I had absolutely unbelievable results. I can't believe companies were also providing free shipping!
Jessica: "I'm an optimist and always look for the silver lining in any situation. While this recession has negatively impacted me like everyone else, my savvy shopping skills got me the smile I always wanted."
Online teeth whitening companies are DESPERATE for new customers and are practically giving away heavily discounted packages as a way to find new clients and offload excess inventory. You can and should take advantage of the downturn in the economy just like Jessica.
When asked to elaborate on her discovery Jessica said:
"I was impressed with the results after the first 2 weeks - but once I saw my teeth after a month, I was absolutely blown away... I knew I was onto something. The trick is to use Soleil Glo Advanced Teeth Whitening System to give yourself a whitening comparable to that of your favorite actress."

CONCLUSION

The Health & Beauty team would like to thank Jessica for this amazing teeth whitening tip. If you are interested in using Jessica's trick, we have provided information and promo links to the teeth whitening system she used. Remember, to get results like Jessica's, you will want to use the Soleil Glo Advanced Teeth Whitening System. Our exclusive link below will also give you free shipping with your order.
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR TEETH WHITENING!
IMPORTANT: *In clinical testing it was proven that using Soleil Glo Advanced Teeth Whitening System products in this method will achieve similar results.
We rarely do these special reports because the reality is that there is just a bunch of rubbish out there claiming to be that next big teeth whitening breakthrough. But this was just too good to keep away from the public. Try it out and send us your thoughts!

Seven Principles of Clean Eating

Author
DIANE WELLAND MS, RD

Fresh Produce Takes the Stage
We asked “clean eating” expert, Diane Welland, to break down the main principles of this buzz-worthy trend.

The latest buzz word among health-conscious consumers, “eating clean,” is a concept that stresses healthy, whole, unprocessed foods. And, although the phrase is relatively new, the principles of this plan are not.
The principles are based on current nutrition science and are similar to recommendations made by public health organizations. This sound approach to eating and living well maximizes your energy and optimizes your health, making it more than just a diet. It’s a lifestyle, with built-in flexibility, meaning it can be adapted to fit most any kind of routine.
"Clean Eating" dates back to the natural health food movement of the 1960s, which shunned processed foods for the sake of moral and societal values (rather than health and nutrition issues).  Eventually it landed in gyms, where it gained momentum among body builders and fitness models. Recently, however, it made the jump into mainstream America, rejuvenating and inspiring a new generation of healthy eaters.
With each move, the clean eating concept became more refined and developed.  Here are the seven core principles of today:

1. Choose whole, natural foods and seek to eliminate or minimize processed foods.

Processed foods are anything in a box, bag, can, or package, and although there are always a few exceptions to the rule (like a bag of fresh green beans), the majority of your foods should be fresh.

2. Choose unrefined over refined foods.

While it may not be possible all the times, you can up your intake of whole grains like brown rice, millet, amaranth, and quinoa. Beans and legumes are also important. Clean sugars include honey, maple syrup, and dehydrated sugar cane juice.

3. Include some protein, carbohydrate and fat at every meal.

Most of us typically do well with carbohydrates and fat, but we often lack protein, especially in the early part of the day, like at breakfast and lunch. Protein is an important muscle-builder, and it can also help curb your appetite. When eaten throughout the day, it keeps us feeling full longer. Be aware of the kinds of meals you put together and space out your protein.

4. Watch out for fat, salt, and sugar.

This is easier than you think, particularly if you’ve cut out processed foods, which are responsible for most of our excess calories and high levels of fat, sugar, and salt. Clean foods are usually naturally low in all of these ingredients.

5. Eat five to six small meals throughout the day.

This usually pans out into three main meals and two or three hefty snacks. Eating this way prevents you from skipping meals and overeating. It also keeps your blood sugar levels steady so energy doesn’t lag.

6. Don’t drink your calories.

High calorie drinks like specialty coffees and soft drinks, on average, tack on an extra 400 to 500 calories a day. Choose water first, or my personal favorite, unsweetened tea (any flavor). Other clean drinks: low-fat or skim milk and 100 percent fruit juice diluted with sparkling water.

7. Get moving.

Regular physical activity is a must for many reasons. Not only does it decrease fat, strengthen and build muscle, and help you burn more energy at rest, it keeps your heart, lungs, and bones healthy and strong.

7 Tips For Clean Eating

Your foolproof guide to cleaning up your diet.

You've probably heard of clean eating, but you may not know what it is exactly or how to go about cleaning up your diet. It's about eating more of the best and healthiest options in each of the food groups—and eating less of the not-so-healthy ones. That means embracing whole foods like vegetables, fruits and whole grains, plus healthy proteins and fats. It also means cutting back on refined grains, pesticides, additives, preservatives, unhealthy fats and large amounts of sugar and salt. And avoiding highly refined foods with ingredients you'd need a lab technician to help you pronounce. Even if you only take a few steps toward eating cleaner—cutting back on processed foods, for example, or eating more fruits and veggies (and, if it works for you, buying a few organic)—it can still make an impact on your health. Here are some helpful tips to get you started.

Breathing Through Your Nose During Strenuous Exercise

Author
by

You start life breathing through your nose, but at some point many individuals begin to breath through their mouths. According to Healthy Place, breathing through the nose is the natural and beneficial way to breathe, as nasal hairs act as a filter for dust particles, bacteria and other foreign bodies, purifying air before it enters the lungs and the bloodstream. This filtering system is not available through the mouth. Breathing through your nose also stimulates nerves in your nasal passages, making nose breathing more beneficial for you when you exercise strenuously.

Oxygen Intake

According to Yoga Health Benefits, inhaling through your nose makes the flow of oxygen more effective since it reaches all vital organs of the body. Because your nose has a smaller entrance and exit for air, your breath is unable to exit your lungs as quickly as it can discharge through your mouth, allowing your lungs to use more oxygen. Therefore, nose breathing helps balance the amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your blood.

Misconceptions

A misconception is that because air is inhaled more quickly through your mouth that mouth-breathing provides you more oxygen, making it easier to complete your exercise routine. But the fact is that mouth-breathing actually causes you to breathe excess air, which can cause hypertension or trigger your body into a fight-or-flight mode. This makes mouth-breathing counter-productive to strenuous exercise -- which is supposed to reduce stress and tension.

Mouth Disadvantages

According to Optimal Breathing, exhaling through your mouth sends signals to your brain indicating carbon dioxide is lost too rapidly, which causes goblet cells to produce mucous, slowing your breathing and causing constriction of your arteries and blood vessels. Constriction limits the amount of oxygen your body uses during strenuous exercise, reducing your energy and making it difficult to complete your workout routine.

Nose-Breathing and Vitality

Breathing through your nose not only helps your exercise routine but also improves your overall vitality. To achieve optimal benefits from breathing, observe your breathing patterns. If you catch yourself breathing through your mouth, stop, and begin nose breathing.

Exception to Nose Exhalation

One exception to inhaling and exhaling through your nose is when you practice meditative or stress-relieving deep-breathing exercises. During this type of exercise, inhale through your nose. Hold the breath for several seconds, and then exhale through pursed lips. Pilates is a form of exercise that encourages mouth exhalation because mouth exhalations through pursed lips contract your abdominal muscles, which can help in core strengthening.

How to Get More Air Through Your Nose

Author
by

Many people have difficulty getting enough air through the nose and breathe primarily through the mouth. Mouth breathing can cause problems such as snoring, dry mouth, sleep problems and fatigue. Issues like a crooked nasal septum, allergies or weak, flimsy nostrils can make nose breathing a challenge. Following a few tips can help you breathe easier.

Step 1

Wear nasal dilator strips. Apply a strip on the outside of the bridge of your nose, a little higher than half way up. An adhesive holds the strip in place, and the strip itself is flexible and acts like a spring to pull your nasal passage open. Experiment with different positions on your nose to see if dilator strips will work for you.

Step 2

Apply a nasal saline spray into your nostrils to help clear out mucous and act as a mild decongestant. Obtain an over-the-counter spray, or mix 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and a pinch of baking soda in 1 cup of lukewarm water. Pour the solution into a fine-mist spray bottle for use.

Step 3

Don’t eat for at least three hours before you go to bed. Eating too soon before bed can cause gastric juices to leak into your nose as you sleep, causing swelling.

Step 4

Wash your bedsheets often, in the hottest water possible, to deter allergens like dust that might interfere with your breathing.

Step 5

Practice breathing techniques to clear a stuffy nose. Breathe three breaths lightly through your nose, then hold your breath after the third. Hold your breath for as long as possible, then breathe in gently through your nose, as normal.

What Natural Things Can Make Your Teeth Whiter?

Author

Overview

Everyone wants a bright, white smile. Many factors significant staining of teeth such as certain foods or liquids, smoking and age. Having your teeth bleached by a dentist or using an at-home bleaching kit are two options that can remedy this problem, but these chemicals are not necessarily good for your teeth. Finding natural products that whiten teeth is a much safer, less expensive avenue by which to prevent or remove stains.

Lemon Juice

You may have combed lemon juice through your hair to achieve blond streaks as a teenager. Lemon juice has the same bleaching effect on your teeth. Simply use your finger or a soft cloth to rub the lemon juice all over your teeth for a few seconds. Salt can also be mixed into the lemon juice and is quite useful in removing plaque buildup. The gritty texture scrubs teeth without causing damage to the enamel. Simply mix salt with lemon juice, and use a toothbrush to brush the entire surface of your teeth. Immediately afterward, rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water to avoid any acidic damage.

Baking Soda

According to NaturalTeethWhitening.net, baking soda has teeth-whitening effects. Most toothpastes incorporate baking soda into their formulations, but it can also be used on its own in a more concentrated form. You can mix it with water and dip your toothbrush into the mixture, or you can place the baking soda directly onto your toothbrush. Then brush regularly, the same as if you are using toothpaste, and rinse your mouth with water. You can also place baking soda into a teeth-whitening tray and fixate it to your teeth, just as you would do when using a bleaching kit. Leave it on for up to an hour, then rinse with water. Add another whitening agent, hydrogen peroxide, to baking soda to achieve more dramatic results. Be very careful not to swallow, and rinse thoroughly. Following any of these uses, brush with a regular toothpaste to remove all traces of baking soda from your teeth.

Strawberries

Strawberries are a sweet alternative to lemons for teeth whitening. Their acidic content and abrasive texture can remove buildup and whiten your smile. Rub the strawberry back and forth across the surface of each tooth, and then rinse thoroughly with water. You can use whole strawberries or cut them in half, depending on your preference.

Apple Cider Vinegar

The abrasive nature of apple cider vinegar can provide effective teeth-whitening benefits. Dip your toothbrush into the vinegar and brush regularly. Rinse your mouth well, and use caution when implementing this method as apple cider vinegar is highly acidic.

Water

Sometimes your teeth feel dirty while you're busy at work or school. If you are unable to brush your teeth, preventing staining and removing buildup is still possible. Swishing with water can loosen food particles and remove recently consumed liquids. You can also eat crunchy foods, preferably vegetables, to scrape any excess matter from your teeth.
