List of WW Simply Filling Foods

Overview

Because diet plans restrict your food intake, you often get hungry, and being hungry makes it hard to stick to your diet. The Simply Filling part of the Weight Watchers Momentum plan is designed to allow you to eat until you are satisfied. In addition to Simply Filling foods, there are other foods you can consume in moderation. Most Simply Filling foods are nutritious, low in fat and low in sugar and do not contain simple carbohydrates or starches. Simply Filling foods are similar to Core foods on previous versions of the Weight Watchers plan.
