10 WAYS TO MANAGE STRESS AND REDUCE BLOOD PRESSURE

The next time you get angry or stressed about something, think about the literal damage it does to your heart. Spend time developing relationships that support you, lift you up and help you grow. 

7.      GET PHYSICALLY ACTIVE
Get involved in any physical activity that you enjoy. Exercise helps release tension in your body. 

8.      STAY POSITIVE
Look at the positive side of things instead of focusing only on the negative. Thinking about the things in life you are grateful for and expressing gratitude to others help build a positive outlook towards life. 

9.      DO MORE OF THE THINGS YOU ENJOY
Be it a hobby, volunteer work or spending time with loved ones, spend more time on activities that bring you joy. Allocate time, make plans and intentionally enjoy these activities, as these are the building blocks to a stress free and satisfying life.
