Abstract: The modern state and problems of agribusiness development in Ukraine are researched, the measures the implementation of which wil increase the effectiveness of competitiveness of the national agribusiness are proposed.The results of the study discovered that to increase efficiency of agribusiness in Ukraine country should: increase investment attractiveness of the agricultural sector and improve the business environment, to implement an innovative model of production and processing of agricultural products, develop integration processes in agricultural production, develop and harmonize national standards for food and food raw materials to international requirements, improve customs tariff protection of entrepreneurs in agribusiness.
