Abstract: Today, the acute problem of creation in the agricultural sector of the continuous organized market, i.e the activation of exchange activity for the free circulation of goods by an organized trade on the basis of spot and futures contracts in terms of equal access of participants, fair competition, pricing based on supply and demand.
