Abstract: The urgency and importance of solving the problem of maintaining, restoring health and land fertility in further transformation of land relations have been proved in the article. The purpose of the article is analysis of the modern stage of Ukrainian land as the basis of the identification and disclosuring of environmental and land protection problems and their solution.
