2. Plan, identify and ensure all the necessary training needs are fulfilled
3. Develop the curriculum according to contemporary standard
4. Check the discipline and safety of the students in the workshop
5. Ensure safety and cleanliness of the workshop
6. Plan and invigilate the maintenance of training equipment
